As with the path analysis, this view is reached from the central navigation of the main task page. Here, though, all participants are consolidated into one view, thus the upper-right navigation is by task only. The clickstream provides a graphic view of what participants did and where they went—from which the researcher may infer why mistakes were made.

In the box for each page, two rather cryptic buttons will take you to either the page itself (upper arrow symbol) or the heat map (lower spot symbol), the latter of which is overlaid on a view of the page. The researcher may again find these presentations to be superseded by the videos (next page).
