16 of 17 - The Access-Works dashboard
Our job begins as soon as you have sent us the link to your launched test.
- We will first create a record of the test in the Access-Works database, including your test name and the Loop11 test ID (from the link).
- We will also set up the participant criteria that you have requested; for example, 5 blind screen reader users and 5 motor-impaired keyboard-only users.
- If you have requested other qualifications that are not in our database—for example, "shops online at least once a month"—we will set up a pre-test survey that will screen for this information. Although not illustrated below, this will appear on the dashboard prior to the "Participate" button.
- We will invite, by email, testers selected to meet your request. We will generally send more invitations than spots available; the first people to respond by logging in to their dashboard will see the available test as shown below. Anyone who does not meet your requested criteria will not see this test on their dashboard.
- Once the quota has been filled, the test will no longer appear on the dashboard.
