On this page, the question type that you selected is re-displayed, along with all of the options associated with that type. The type selection dropdown is still active, so that if you change the type, the options will change to match.
The screen shot example shows our text entries for this multiple-choice question, and the Create Question button is now activated when the information is filled in.
