This page—and the next five—describe the Loop11 procedure for setting up the tasks and questions that will form the heart of your test. If you have done this here in the past, it hasn't changed; you may want to skip directly to the section on User Test Options, which contains important new information related to Access Works.

If you are new to Loop11 and also new to building an unmoderated online test, the example we show in these pages is very basic. There is a link on the Loop11 page (screen shot below) that provides a bit more information on creating good task scenarios. In addition, we are developing more extensive training materials on the topic, which will be linked from this page as soon as they are available.

In general, an online test will consist of a series of tasks to be performed, each of which is followed by questions about the participant's experience in doing the task. We'll start by clicking the "insert task" link.
